Vinyasa Flow
By synchronizing breath with movement, our vinyasa yoga is sometimes described as meditation in motion. As you are taught to breathe and be conscious in your body, you will begin to have an embodied experience that links your mind, body and spirit. Each teacher brings a unique style to their teaching so you will have a unique experience every time you come to your mat. We offer three different types of VINYASA on our schedule (vinyasa flow, gentle vinyasa, and power vinyasa).
Vinyasa Flow is our signature yoga style with poses linking together as you move from one to the next building heat and strength in the body throughout the class and ending in a rich shavasana.
Gentle Vinyasa

Gentle Vinyasa takes the same format as our Vinyasa Flow with the intention of moving at a slower pace and spending more time to build each pose. This is a perfect place for beginner students or anyone wishing to simply have a gentle approach to their practice.
Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa classes take you through a dynamic sequence of poses giving students several options to build heat and strength. Our goal is for you to break a sweat before you head into your shavasana!
Active Recovery Yoga
This class was developed with an athlete in mind but is PERFECT for anyone wanting to find space in the body, get the prana flowing, & break up sore muscle tension & tightness. Active recovery yoga is ideal for those days you want to keep your body moving but take a break from strenuous workout regiments. It’s also appropriate for the entire family—adults and kids are welcome to join!
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a particularly contemplative practice, working mostly with passive yoga poses targeting the fascia and deep muscle tissue in the body. By holding postures for longer periods of time, our connective tissue is strengthened. This practice is wonderful for improving energy flow in the body and cultivating a peaceful rejuvenating practice.
Vin-Yin Yoga
Formerly Yin Yang Yoga, this class is the best of both worlds! You will get a heat building vinyasa practice and then come down to your mat to cool down in a Yin sequence.
Yoga Fusion
A blending of traditional vinyasa with high intensity interval strength training with the intention of improving muscle endurance, increasing heart rate and burning calories to create a total mind-body connection. Come for the burn and leave with a sense of calm serenity.
Gentle Yoga
This beginner yoga class makes use of postures, breathing and meditation in a safe and supported atmosphere no matter your level of yoga experience. Gentle yoga is a slower paced nurturing practice where students are encouraged to use props and modifications to safely and comfortably move into each posture to their own degree.
The ultimate goal of this class is to awaken the body and cultivate a clear, peaceful mind. This offering is perfect for those looking for a gentler experience, are new to yoga or those who are wanting to slow down from the fast-paced world. All levels welcome.
Private + Group Sessions
These sessions can help new students build confidence & existing yogis deepen their practice. What about a private group session? Corporate and sport teams alike have enjoyed our offerings on a weekly, monthly basis along with creating special offerings for events and workshops. We can work with you to desire a class unique for your goals.
Prenatal Yoga
Yoga Soul Sundays
Yoga Soul Sunday was born from our many teachers’ having the desire to share their mediation practices with our students. It is currently being offered for free every Sunday on our IG TV channel. A new pre-recorded mediation is posted every Sunday for anyone to view! It’s the perfect way to find stillness in this ever-changing world.
This studio is wonderful. I’ve been practicing yoga for over five years in the DC area and I don’t think I’ve enjoyed any yoga class as much as I enjoyed the class I took today.
