Step away from your every day life and step into the magical energy of Sedona this fall. People have been making pilgrimages to Sedona for decades to find healing, spiritual connection, rejuvenation, or just a pause to realign to then step back into life with more calm, clarity, & compassion.
I invite you to join me on retreat this fall to a place that so special to my heart.
I discovered the magic of Sedona in 2010 and it is hard to describe the energy, beauty, love and healing this place has to offer. Since that first trip, I have return several times - always grateful for every moment in this magnificent wonderland.
If you have never been, Sedona is a bucket list MUST. If you have been blessed to spend time in Sedona, I can only imagine you are with me in your deep desire to return… and I invite YOU to do so with me!
What to expect…
We all arrive on retreat with different life experiences and therefore, different needs. If you want to spend the days at the spa or relaxing in our private retreat sanctuary, you can do just that. If you want to hike, do yoga and explore, I will guide you.
There will be optional daily excursions and actives (some of which are still being planned and I can’t wait to share more soon!!)
Simply come as you are. You will be greeted with loving open arms. It is in my Dharma to hold space for people to heal and grow and I look forward to being at your service to do just that.

RETREAT INVESTMENT:
$1875 + airfare *and possible transportation to Sedona
ACCOMODATIONS:
We are staying in a beautiful private 4 bedroom home located in the red rocks of Sedona. There is a peaceful backyard sanctuary with views of Thunder Mountain - walking distance to restaurants, spas, and bike rentals.
All rooms are double occupancy - with a queen or king size bed that will be shared with another retreat participant.
Included in your retreat:
4 night stay in private home
Light breakfast, lunch and dinners daily
*Transportation from Phoenix airport to Sedona (about a 2 hour drive) for those who arrive to Phoenix airport by 1:30PM MST on 10/10/21.
Daily yoga and meditation
Daily guided hiking through the red rocks, various scenic trails, and sacred energy vortexes.
Additional experiences are still being finalized.
Rental car we will share during our stay - including transportation back to Phoenix airport on 10/14/21.

SPECIAL NOTES:
*We will do our best to provide transportation from and return to Phoenix airport. This is not guaranteed as flight times may change. If you arrive later then 1:30PM to Phoenix, you will be responsible for transportation to Sedona.
You have the option of renting your own car or flying into a different airport (Flagstaff is about 1 hour from Sedona.)
*Check-in is 4PM MST on 10/10/21.
*Check out is at 10AM on 10/14/21.
CANCELATION POLICY:
We understand that no one books a retreat with the intention of canceling, so we will do everything we can to find another individual to attend in your place if you need to cancel for any reason. If you cancel and we cannot re-book your reservation, your retreat investment is not refundable. If you cancel and we can fill your space, you will be refunded what you paid minus a $150 cancelation fee.
